What a build looks like
Every engagement is a process audit and the custom tooling that follows, run as a single fixed-price project. Here is a working example of the build side: the internal operations system I built in-house for a cultural venue, where scheduling, ticketing, and reporting run from a single source. It is shown as a live demo, with sample data standing in for the real thing.
