Rumo didn't start as a consultancy. It started with the marketing and communications lead of a cultural venue in Berlin having to make a project-driven, spreadsheets-heavy, three-language operation actually run, from scheduling and bookings to automatic flyer creation. The systems built to do that still run the venue today, and what Rumo offers grew out of that work: a clear read on how a project-driven team really operates, and what helps it operate better.
